Shipping policy

All our packages are shipped via LA POSTE (Colissimo), Mondial Relay, or Chronopost services, depending on the shipping option selected by the customer during checkout.

1. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for any order placed within Mainland France are fixed and clearly indicated by the seller in the order form completed at the time of purchase. These costs may vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination of the order.

2. Order Processing

The seller commits to processing and shipping the order within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day after the order is confirmed. The indicated delivery times are average estimates and cover the handling, preparation, and dispatch of the order from our warehouses.

3. Shipping Options

During checkout, you will be able to choose from the following shipping options:

  • La Poste (Colissimo): Standard home delivery
  • Mondial Relay: Delivery to a pickup point
  • Chronopost: Express delivery for faster shipping

Each option will be accompanied by the corresponding cost and estimated delivery time, allowing you to select the service that best suits your needs.

4. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order within the indicated timeframe, or if there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us at citizenworldwide.team@gmail.com so we can assist you. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
